The staff is very young and dynamic, as well as competent and specialized: operators, educators, animators and psychologists who deal with the management of projects and services.

Since 2006, from the 7 members who formed the cooperative we have become 14 members and 30 employees, with different types of contract: determined and indeterminate according to the CCNL of social cooperatives.
